I'm Silvia Simón, health psychologist and sex therapist.

Since 2024 I have been supporting individuals and couples online in couples therapy and sex therapy. I trained in attachment and perinatal psychology because a baby's arrival is one of the moments that changes a couple the most, and hardly anyone looks after the couple at that time.

I also recently became a mother. I know first-hand what changes in a couple when a baby arrives, and that helps me understand and support those of you going through it.

I also create content on social media to normalise mental health and sex education.
